Carin Rae
Carin Rae is a visionary strategist, operational leader, and the Founder & CEO of Apex Vantage Strategies LLC, a women-owned consulting and strategy firm dedicated to empowering corporate leaders through clarity, transformation, and inclusive leadership.
With experience spanning executive consulting, organizational operations, and executive assistance, Carin Rae has built a reputation for helping senior executives navigate complexity and lead with purpose. Through Apex Vantage Strategies, she partners with clients across sectors to deliver customized leadership solutions, high-impact strategic counsel, and executive assistant training and coaching that drives long-term growth and results.
In addition to leading her firm, Carin Rae served as a Chief Program Officer to the Executive Team at Atlas Strategy Group, where she provides confidential strategic and operational support to leadership. She is also a member of the Leadership Team at KAIROS Demography Project, a civic engagement nonprofit, where she supports internal operations and infrastructure for mission-driven initiatives.
Her previous roles include Operations Manager at In KidZ Co., where she led logistics and business operations for a purpose-driven consumer brand, and Administrative & Operations Coordinator at Z3 Consulting, where she streamlined workflows and enhanced client engagement. Earlier in her career, she held executive administrative roles at Edroc Management and The Tavern Bar & Grill, where she developed her foundational expertise in operational excellence and executive support.
Throughout her career, Carin Rae has been recognized for her ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution. She is passionate about inclusive leadership, equitable systems, and creating spaces where executives and organizations thrive.
